Grants Removals and Storage Ltd recently completed a last-minute move for a divorcing couple who thought they had booked a removal firm.
Their property in Kingswood, Surrey, had been sold and they were very close to the completion date. They left it late to book us for a double move.
Del Grant, the owner of Grants Removals and Storage Ltd, said: “We speak to a lot of couples who are unfortunately getting divorced and always try to work with them to ensure everything is managed correctly during the split.
“This job was so urgent we did not have time to do a normal survey to work out exactly how much needed to be moved. Based on a list that the customers provided, we sent four men and an HGV lorry to get them out of the property on time.”
