Our customer found us by searching online after initially reading our Google reviews.
They had decided to move to a more rural location in Kent and required a removal firm to ensure they were relocated quickly and efficiently.
Prior to the move, our surveyor (Jack) visited the house to assess the property and its contents. He worked out how many boxes, lorries and men would be needed to complete the move.
As the house was large and there was lots to pack and transport, it went through over two days.

Moving from: Large four-bedroom house with loft conversion.
Moving process: Day one: Six men pack and load furniture and items onto the HGV and 7.5-ton lorry. Day two: Drive possessions to new property and unload.
Cubic ft: 3,200
Number of boxes: 110 boxes packed by our staff prior to moving day.
We moved everything from the lounge, the four bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, hallway, loft, garden and garage.
Some of the larger items included: Sofas, cupboards, double beds, dressing tables, bookshelves and sideboards.
Completion delays
Once the property was packed and delivered to the new house, our customer needed collect the keys from the estate agent.
There were some unexpected delays and the keys were not picked up until 4.45pm. This meant that we unloaded hours after the expected completion time.
