We were recently asked to help an elderly couple move from their house in Croydon to a bungalow in County Durham. As they had difficulty communicating and getting around they decided to move and be closer to their family.
In order to get an idea of how much there was to take to the new property one of our surveyors visited their home. He explained how many men and lorries would be needed and how long it would take to complete the move.
To make the relocation go through as smoothly as possible and coordinate the move, we were regularly in touch with our customer’s family members, solicitors and estate agents.
